Company Structure

Three independent business units, Personal Care, Health Care and Manufacturing form the basis and the central elements of our corporate structure. The business units overlap in the areas of supply chain management, finance, human resources and innovation management.

In Switzerland, Germany and Austria, Doetsch Grether operates it sales function independently with its own sales forces. In the remaining countries, our products are distributed through reliable distribution partners who optimally carry out our interests and represent our brands taking into account the differing local market conditions.
Our simple organisational structure allows for rapid, non-complicated, flexible operations and enables us to meet our customer requirements optimally.

Protracted processing and unnecessary time spent on coordination are avoided by combining a familiar operating environment together with manageable size, which promotes cooperation that spans the various departments.
